Who we are
Where charity meets quality healthcarecare for all
Kaka-Ba Hospital is a charitable healthcare institution managed by Kaka-Ba and Kala-Budh Public Charitable Trust. Established in 1985, the hospital was founded as a humanitarian initiative by renowned industrialist and philanthropist Shri Indravadan Modi, a pioneer of the Indian pharmaceutical industry.
The hospital stands as a tribute to his cousin, Kaka-Ba, who passed away at the young age of 18 in 1943 due to the non-availability of medical facilities. This personal loss became the inspiration behind creating accessible and quality healthcare for underserved communities.
Located in Hansot Taluka, Bharuch District, Gujarat, Kaka-Ba Hospital primarily serves tribal, rural, and economically weaker sections of society across more than 52 surrounding villages. Our belief is simple yet strong — charity does not mean compromise in quality.
“Bringing quality healthcare to those who need it most.”
