Our Impact at a Glance

Since inception in 1985, we have conducted 1000+ Health Camps and treated more than 5,00,000 indoor and outdoor patients leading to survival/ saving of precious lives across the State focusing Villagers and Schools Children. We provide medicines and treatment free of cost. We even bear the transportation cost for the most needy patients.Successful implementation of DWCRA (Development of Women and Children in Rural Area)- A project initiated by the Government of India in early ’80s

1986

Active participation in Tuberculosis eradication programme, an initiation by the Government of India

1990

We have adopted 20 villages of Bharuch District where we have eradicated malnourishment among women and children by providing nutritional food and health tips

1995

Established Cooperative Society for Fisheries Development in the Hansot Taluka for the economic growth of local community. Today there are more than 600 fisheries ponds engaged in aquaculture, contributing substantially to the economic growth of the area

1999

Kaka-Ba Diagnostic Centre for X-Ray, Sonography and Color Doppler facility from 1999 to 2007. Now the center is being run from Kaka-Ba hospital

2003

Adopted Utraj village with a mission to provide health and sanitation facilities which include RO water filtration plant, Vaccination for HIB, Hepatitis-B, MMR, Typhoid and Tuberculosis treatment

2004-05

Nodal agency for Maharshi Asthavakra Scheme launched by Department of Social Justice and Empowerment for the Welfare of Physically Challenged People

2005

Hospital Attendant Training and Placement Programme for the social and economical upliftment of Tribal girls. 500 girls have been gainfully employed till 2016

2005

Surat flood calamity: Deployed dedicated Mobile Van equipped with special Medical Team, treated more than 3000 patients within 15 days

2005-06

Leprosy Eradiation Programme for Hansot Taluka: Surveyed, Screened, Treated and Cured 46 lepers. Today there is not active Leprosy Cases in the area

2007

Hospital equipped with telemedicine facility wherein patients can have access to super specialists of Apollo Hospitals, Ahmedabad

2008

We are declared nodal hospital for Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna (RSBY) under which we have extended medical support to 5000+ patients till 2016

June - 2008

Initiated Plastic Surgery Project in coordination with Jivan Akshay Charitable Trust, Vadodara. We have conducted 5000+ Plastic Surgeries free of cost for the needy patients from Gujarat and neighboring States

July - 2008

Started dialysis facility to treat kidney patients who have no access to such facility

Sep - 2008

Got Approval as a center for Taluka Mental Health Programme started by Government of India

Completed 25 years of dedicated service to Humanity with quality health care

Physiotherapy centre became operational

Awarded by the Government of Gujarat for commendable work for RNTCP for the year 2010-11

The existing dialysis facility was expanded with more units in the hospital to serve more needy patients

2013

Expansion and renovation of entire hospital with additional 40 beds and upgradation of ICU, operation theater, suction facility and dedicated accommodation facility for the of patients’ relatives

2013

With a view to extend super specialty medical services to the community, We collaborate with Internationally renowned NGOs like Indo-Africa Charitable Society focusing dental care and general health and undertook medical drives and camps in rural areas

Felicitation by Public Relation Society of India (PRSI) for dedicated service in the area of health care for more than 3 decades

2015

With a view to extend super specialty services for Plastic Surgery, we collaborated with Internationally renowned NGO, Operation Rainbow Canada (ORC) and performed 500+ surgeries during 3 month period

2015

Launched dental health programme for school children targeting the schools in Hansot Taluka. Aiming to make entire Utaraj Taluka surgery free by the end of 2016

2016

Engaged rural women in to Sanitary Napkin making so as to ensure their livelihood. We regularly distribute napkins in the remote areas where hygiene was not practiced during Menstruation
